iPhone 15 Series: With the release of Apple iPhone 14 Pro and Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple unveiled a new 48MP camera. The flagship Apple iPhone features the Cupertino-based tech giant’s biggest camera system yet. While the new 48MP camera in the iPhone 14 lineup was only available on the Pro model, it seems the situation won’t be the same with the company’s future iPhone 15 line.

Coming with the best camera and LiDAR sensor
According to a recent source, the regular Apple iPhone 15 series handsets will also be equipped with the company’s premium camera. In a report by GSMArena, Jeff Pu, an expert at Haitong International Tech Research, predicted that the main cameras of the standard Apple iPhone 15 model will have a 48MP 3-stacked sensor. He thinks that even with the superior zooming capabilities of the regular iPhone 15 models, they still won’t be able to compete with the pros because the telephoto lens and LiDAR sensor will only be available on the more expensive models.
Equipped with upgraded processor
According to rumors, the new Pros should upgrade to the 3nm Apple A17 chipset, but the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will only get an upgrade to the current A16 CPU. All four versions are expected to be equipped with USB-C connectors to comply with the upcoming changes to EU standards Already expected differences are the Pro version’s titanium casings (instead of stainless steel) and perhaps a switch on the virtual volume and power buttons.
